On November 7, 2013, XcelMobility, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) provided an overview of the company in the form of an Investor Presentation at the offices of Marcum LLP, 750 Third Avenue, 11^th Floor, New York, NY 10017 from 4:30PM to 6:30PM to potential investors in the Company. A copy of the Investor Presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
