On November 19, 2013, New Enterprise Stone & Lime Co., Inc. issued a press release disclosing, among other things, the dismissal of Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP and the appointment of BDO USA, LLP as its independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending February 28, 2014.  A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference into this Current Report on Form 8-K.
