Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 19, 2013, National Health Investors, Inc. (the "Company"), announced it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 4,500,000 shares of the Company’s common stock. The underwriters are expected to be granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 675,000 shares of the Company’s common stock.
A copy of the press release announcing the underwritten public offering is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
