Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
Gladstone Commercial Corporation (the "Company") announced today that it plans to sell shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. The number of shares, public offering price and other terms of the offering are to be determined by negotiations between the Company and the underwriters. In addition, the Company plans to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase additional shares of common stock.
A copy of the press release announcing the public offering is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
