    (b)    On November 13, 2013, Mr. Glen J. Mizenko tendered his resignation as the Senior Vice President - Mid-Continent Region, effective November 30, 2013. Mr. Mizenko was identified as a Named Executive Officer in the Forest Oil Corporation 2013 proxy statement.
