On November 13, 2013, the Personnel & Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors approved an increase in the annual base salary of Mr. Robert D. Starr, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, from $330,000 to $375,000, payable monthly, effective as of January 1, 2014.
