Declaration of Dividend
On November 13, 2013, the Board of Directors of ITC Holdings Corp. declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.425 per common share. The quarterly cash dividend is payable on December 16, 2013 to common shareholders of record on December 2, 2013.
