(b) Gary W. Glessner, a director of First West Virginia Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) and a director of the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Progressive Bank, N.A. (the “Bank”) resigned as a director of the Company and the Bank effective November 12, 2013. Mr. Glessner’s resignation did not result from any disagreement with the Company or the Bank on any matter relating to the Company’s or the Bank’s operations, policies, or practices.
