On November 18, 2013 Equal Energy Ltd (the “Company”) issued the news release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 announcing that its strategic alternatives were successful, resulting in a suitable option for the Company to consider. Equal is presently pursuing exclusive negotiations with the party presenting this proposal.
