On November 15, 2013, XPO Logistics, Inc. (the “Company”) released a slide presentation expected to be used by the Company in connection with certain future investor presentations, together with a corresponding script. Copies of the slide presentation and script are attached as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
The slide presentation and script should be read together and with the Company’s filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”), including the Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2013.

On November 15, 2013, the Company issued a press release announcing that it has acquired all of the ownership interests of Optima Service Solutions, LLC (“Optima”), a leading non-asset provider of last-mile logistics services for major retailers and manufacturers in the United States. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing the closing of the acquisition of Optima is filed as Exhibit 99.3 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
