On November, 11, 2013, Mr. Anthony S. Abbate resigned from his position as director of Sussex Bancorp (the “Company”) effective immediately. Mr. Abbate’s resignation was for health reasons and was not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
