Item 8.01 Other Events

On November 13, 2013, the Company issued a press release announcing that it has executed a final contract with South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) for a “Zero Emission Cargo Transportation” demonstration, partially funded through a US Department of Energy Grant in the amount of $958,120.  A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.14 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
