On November 13, 2013, Perry Ellis International, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release relating to its preliminary results for the third quarter ended November 2, 2013 and its updated guidance for the fiscal year ending February 1, 2014. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
