On November 7, 2013, the Compensation Committee of the Company’s Board of Directors approved discretionary cash bonus awards for fiscal 2013 to Kenneth M. Darby (Chief Executive Officer), John M. Badke (Chief Financial Officer) and Bret M. McGowan (Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing for the Americas) of $50,000, $40,000 and $30,000, respectively.
