(d) On November 5, 2013, the Board of Directors of Plum Creek Timber Company, Inc. appointed Ms. Sara G. Lewis to serve as a member of the Board for a term expiring at the annual meeting of stockholders scheduled to take place on May 6, 2014. Ms. Lewis is the founder and chief executive officer of Lewis Corporate Advisors, a capital markets and board advisory firm. Ms. Lewis has not yet been appointed to a committee of the Board. As of the date of this filing, the company is unaware of any information requiring disclosure under Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K, as amended.
