On November 7, 2013, we issued a press release announcing our financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2013. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report. The Company is also presenting select financial information highlighted during the Company’s third quarter earnings conference call. A copy of the select information is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this report and will also be furnished through the Company’s website at www.advancedemissionssolutions.com.
