On November 7, 2013, diaDexus, Inc. (the “Company”) received written communication from OTC Markets stating that its trading system is not able to post trades for a number of securities listed on the OTC Bulletin Board, including the Company’s common stock. The communication indicated that OTC Markets is working to rectify the problem and hopes to have the service up shortly.
