Item 8.01. Other Events.
On October 31, 2013, RF Industries, Ltd., a Nevada corporation, issued a press release announcing that it has sold its RadioMobile operations to RadioMobile, Inc., a company formed by the management team of that division. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
