On November 7, 2013, Mitel Networks Corporation (the “Registrant”) issued the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 (the “Press Release”) announcing the Registrant will make a voluntary repayment of US$20 million against its existing senior secured credit facility. The Press Release is incorporated by reference herein and furnished pursuant to Item 8.01 of Form 8-K.
The information in this Current Report on Form 8-K under Item 8.01, including the information set forth in the Press Release, shall not be deemed to be “filed” for the purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange act of 1934, as amended, or otherwise subject to the liabilities of that Section.
