Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On November 7, 2013, GlobalSCAPE, Inc. announced that it has declared a special cash dividend of $0.05 per share of common stock payable on December 3, 2013, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 19, 2013.
GlobalSCAPE’s press release dated November 7, 2013, announcing this special dividend, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated by reference herein.
