On November 7, 2013, Forest Oil Corporation issued a press release announcing the commencement of a cash tender offer to purchase up to $700 million aggregate principal amount of its 7.50% Senior Notes due 2020 and its 7.25% Senior Notes due 2019, subject to certain conditions.  A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated into this Item 8.01 by reference.
