Item 2.02 Results of Operation and Financial Condition
On November 6, 2013, Midway Gold Corp. (the “Registrant”) announced the Registrant’s financial results for the third quarter and the three and nine months ended September 30, 2013, as filed on November 6, 2013 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) and the relevant Canadian securities commissions in its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2013.
The press release attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto is incorporated by reference herein.
