Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 6, 2013, the Company announced that its subsidiary, Molina Healthcare of Michigan, Inc., has been chosen to participate in Region 7 (Wayne County) and Region 9 (Macomb County) as part of the Michigan Demonstration Program to Integrate Care for Persons Eligible for Medicare and Medicaid. The full text of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
