On October 31, 2013, LRI Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) the parent company of Logan’s Roadhouse, Inc. conducted their fourth quarter and fiscal year 2013earnings call. A transcript from the Company's conference call discussing its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2013 results is also included as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K, which in incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
