On October 30, 2013, CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust, Inc. issued a press release announcing that, on November 12, 2013, it is expected to release its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2013, and will host an earnings conference call on Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at 1:00 pm CST. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
