On October 28, 2013, Radio One, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that effective November 1, 2013, Christopher Wegmann will become President of the Radio Division, reporting to Alfred C. Liggins, III, who will continue as Chief Executive Officer. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
