Section 8 – Other Events
Item 8.01 – Other Events.
On October 29, 2013, Perma-Fix Environmental Services, Inc. (the “Company”) was notified by The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC, that for 10 consecutive business days, from October 15, 2013 through October 28, 2013, the closing bid price of the Company’s common stock was equal to or in excess of the $1.00 per share minimum bid price requirement for continued listing, as set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). Accordingly, The Nasdaq Stock Market has determined that the Company has regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) and that the matter is now closed.
