On October 30, 2013, The Citizens Bank of Logan (the “Bank”) mailed a letter to shareholders that accompanied the rights offering prospectus. The letter included the disclosure of certain unaudited results of operations and financial condition of the Bank and Citizens Independent Bancorp, Inc. (“Bancorp”), the parent holding company of the Bank, for and as of, respectively, the quarter ended September 30, 2013.
A copy of the shareholder letter is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
