The Company received notice on October 24, 2013 that Mr. Aron Forem has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company effective immediately. Mr. Forem served as a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Forem’s resignation was not due to any disagreements with the Company. The Company intends to promptly appoint a successor to Mr. Forem.
