On October 23, 2013, the Board of Directors of Life Time Fitness, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Jeffrey G. Zwiefel, age 51, to serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. A copy of the press release announcing Mr. Zwiefel’s appointment as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
Information regarding Mr. Zwiefel’s biography and business experience is available in the Company’s Form 10-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 28, 2013, and such information is incorporated herein by reference.
