Item 2.02.
Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On October 28, 2013, the Company reported a net loss from continuing operations, excluding certain nonrecurring items, of $0.9 million, or $0.02 per share, for the third quarter ended September 30, 2013, as compared with net earnings from continuing operations, excluding certain nonrecurring items, of $1.7 million, or $0.03 per share, for the third quarter of 2012. On a reported basis, the Company’s third quarter net loss from continuing operations totaled $0.04 per share, as compared to a net loss of $0.03 per share for the third quarter of 2012. Net sales for the third quarter were $91.7 million, compared to $86.8 million in 2012.
