Robert E. Watson, the President and Chief Executive Officer of Streamline Health Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”), participated in an interview with The Wall Street Transcript, which was published on October 25, 2013. A full transcript of the interview is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
