On October 24, 2013, Steel Dynamics, Inc. issued a press release titled “Steel Dynamics Announces Effectiveness of S-4 Registration Statement and Launch of Exchange Offer for Up to $400,000,000 Aggregate Principal Amount of its registered 5 1/4% Senior Notes due 2023.” The full text of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1, shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and shall not be deemed incorporated by reference into any registration statement or other document filed pursuant to the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
