On October 23, 2013, ENB Financial Corp declared a $0.26 per share fourth quarter cash dividend payable on December 13, 2013, to shareholders of record on November 15, 2013.
The October 23, 2013 press release announcing the fourth quarter dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
