AMPHENOL ANNOUNCES

FOURTH QUARTER 2013 DIVIDEND PAYMENT

Wallingford, Connecticut, October 24, 2013. Amphenol Corporation (NYSE:APH) confirmed today that its Board of Directors approved the fourth quarter 2013 dividend on its Common Stock in the amount of $.20 per share at its meeting held on October 23, 2013.  The Company will pay this fourth quarter 2013 dividend on or about January 2, 2014 to shareholders of record as of December 11, 2013.
