Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On October 18, 2013, David Henke, Senior Vice President, Operations of LinkedIn Corporation (the “Company”) informed the Company that he will retire from his position on November 15, 2013. The Operations team will report directly to J. Kevin Scott, the Company’s Senior Vice President of Engineering.
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
The Company is furnishing the management presentation slides attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report, which the Company will provide at LinkedIn Mobile Day on October 23, 2013. The presentation slides will also be posted on the investor relations portion of the Company’s website.
