Item 8.01 Other Events.
On October 21, 2013, the Registrant issued a press release announcing the full exercise of the over-allotment option granted to the underwriters to purchase an additional 526,316 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $2.85 per share in connection with its previously announced public offering of shares of common stock, and on October 23, 2013, the Registrant issued a press release announcing the closing of the over-allotment option exercise transaction. Copies of the press releases are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2.
