On October 11, 2013, Sidney C. Hooper, Sutron Corporation’s Chief Financial Officer, submitted a letter addressed to the Chief Executive Officer of Sutron Corporation, in which he informed Sutron Corporation of his resignation as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately.
