Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On October 16, 2013, Scott A. McPherson, formerly the Chief Financial Officer of LaserLock Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”), ceased to be associated with the Company.
The Company has engaged Fesnak and Associates, LLP to provide accounting support to the Company on an interim basis.
