On October 11, 2013, Richard Suchenski resigned his position as Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing of Inventure Foods, Inc. (“Inventure”) to pursue other opportunities.

As we continue to grow our portfolio of brands and products, we intend to divide the role and responsibilities of the Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing among new General Manager positions with separate responsibilities over the Frozen division and the Snack division.
