Item 8.01 Other Events.
On October 17, 2013 New Zealand Daylight Time, Diligent Board Member Services, Inc. (the “Company”) announced an update on the timing for the release of its restated financial statements and its preliminary half year announcement pursuant to the rules of the New Zealand Stock Exchange.
A copy of the announcement is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
