Item 1.01 Entry Into a Material Definitive Agreement
On October 16, 2013, Cardinal Ethanol, LLC (the "Company") and First National Bank of Omaha ("FNBO") executed a First Amendment of the First Amended and Restated Construction Loan Agreement dated June 10, 2013. The First Amendment is effective October 8, 2013 and amends the date upon which the Declining Revolving Credit Loan begins to revolve from April 8, 2014 to October 8, 2013. The First Amendment was executed in connection with the early termination by the Company of its interest rate swap transaction under the ISDA Master Agreement dated December 19, 2006.
