Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 16, 2013, UniTek Global Services, Inc. (“UniTek” or the “Company”) issued a press release discussing the Company’s financial results for the fiscal quarters ended March 30, 2013 and June 29, 2013. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. Such exhibit is provided under Item 9.01 of Form 8-K and is furnished to, but not filed with, the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On October 15, 2013, the Company received notification from The NASDAQ Stock Market indicating that the Company has met the periodic filing requirements as set forth in NASDAQ Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) as a result of filing its Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q for the quarters ended March 30, 2013 and June 29, 2013 with the Securities and Exchange Commission. A copy of the notification is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2. Such exhibit is provided under Item 9.01 of Form 8-K and is furnished to, but not filed with, the Securities and Exchange Commission.
