On October 9, 2013, Don T. Nguyen, Chief Accounting Officer of LRE GP, LLC, the general partner (the “General Partner”) of LRR Energy, L.P., notified the General Partner that he intends to resign from his position as Chief Accounting Officer effective November 1, 2013 to pursue another professional opportunity.  The General Partner will immediately begin the process of seeking a replacement for Mr. Nguyen.
