Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On October 16, 2013, BlackRock, Inc. (the “Company”) reported results of operations for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2013. A copy of the earnings release issued by the Company is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
