Cooper-Standard Holdings Inc. to List on the NYSE Under New Ticker Symbol “CPS”

NOVI, MI., Oct. 14, 2013 – Cooper-Standard Holdings Inc. (NYSE: CPS) (the “Company”), the parent company of Cooper Standard Automotive, a leading global supplier of automotive sealing, fuel and brake, fluid transfer and anti-vibration systems, today announced that its common stock has been approved for listing on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”). The Company expects its common stock to begin trading on the NYSE on or about October 17, 2013, trading under the new symbol “CPS”. The Company’s common stock will continue to be quoted on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (the “OTCBB”) under the symbol “COSH” until the shares begin officially trading on the NYSE, after which time the common stock will no longer be quoted on the OTCBB.
