Departure of Director

On October 9, 2013, Mr. Zafiris Michael Zafiropoulos resigned from his position as a director of Leatt Corporation (the “Company”), effective immediately. The resignation of Mr. Zafiropoulos was for personal reasons and not due to any disagreement with the Company.
