(the "Company") issued a press release announcing the outcomes of the planned independent Data Safety Monitoring Board review of the interim futility analysis for the Phase 2b TARGET trial with investigational candidate vintafolide, a copy of which press release is attached to this Current Report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
