Item 1.01           Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement

On October 8, 2013, Technical Communications Corporation received an order valued at approximately $870,000 from Datron World Communications, Inc., for our military-grade DSP 9000 radio encryption equipment for use by the Afghanistan military.
