Harold Finders, chief executive officer of the registrants’ Financial Systems segment, submitted his resignation effective January 31, 2014. Mr. Finders will receive severance benefits in accordance with section 2.1(b) of his employment agreement dated August 11, 2005, as amended, the form of which was filed as exhibit 10.21 to the SunGard Data Systems Inc.’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended September 30, 2005.
